Over many years we have developed our method to produce sustainable performance improvement with minimal downtime. The components of this rigorous programme are individual assessment, situational analysis, team profiling, team facilitation and coaching.

In our work in developing teams, we sometimes encounter key employees who are involved in a long standing and/or serious conflict that can be damaging to themselves, their colleagues and the organisation. In such circumstances 3rd party mediation can be very effective at resolving conflict and restoring good working relationships.
Edgecumbe have a team of trained mediators who can help resolve disputes, often in the course of one day. Our mediation work is sometimes a standalone process or in other situations as part of a broader team or organisational development project.
Providing all parties are willing to participate in the process, mediation can be effective in a wide range of conflicts. Factors that often feature in conflicts include roles and responsibilities, abuse of power, management of change, mergers, downsizing and cultural conflicts.
